Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain a high-level cooperation network in the industry, assist in planning the company's capital operations and resource integration strategies, and strive for necessary resource support for new business development and technology innovation. Promote major business decisions and the implementation of key projects, supervise the execution of various strategic initiatives to ensure the company's strategic goals are achieved.
2. Leading Manager
Job Requirements: More than five years of team management experience, excellent leadership skills and communication coordination skills, and have achieved outstanding performance. Master business processes and technical characteristics, have strong project management and execution capabilities. Good at making plans and implementing them efficiently, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals.
Job Responsibilities: Cultivate and manage high-performance teams, adjust departmental strategies in a timely manner according to industry technology and market dynamics, and maintain the company's competitive advantage in the industry. Integrate internal and external resources, develop and implement the annual work plan, and lead the team to achieve performance goals.
3. Capital Operation Expert
Job Requirements: More than five years of financial management, investment and financing, or capital operation work experience, with qualifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Have led large-scale financing projects or participated in major capital operations such as corporate listing, mergers and acquisitions. Be good at financial analysis and business negotiations, have excellent strategic thinking and resource integration capabilities, and have risk control capabilities.
Job Responsibilities: Be able to assist the company in expanding and maintaining diversified financing channels, and lead the introduction of strategic investment, industry funds, and other major financing projects. Responsible for the company's capital operations, including equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, listing preparation, etc. Monitor the company's financial status and operational data, optimize the capital structure. Develop and execute the company's overall financing strategy and capital operation plan, and provide sufficient capital security for the company's business expansion.
4. ***Technical Backbone
Job requirements: More than five years of R&D experience in the field of high-end equipment, with outstanding innovation ability and systems thinking, capable of transforming scientific research achievements into actual products, and has led the development of innovative products. Work rigorously and practically, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, good at communication and collaboration, and able to lead the team in technology and promote the successful implementation of the project.
Job responsibilities: Be able to lead the technical team to design and improve the overall product scheme, follow the whole process of new product research and development, and ensure that the company's products maintain the leading position in technology. Closely follow the development trend of domestic and foreign technology, and apply the achievements of cutting-edge technology to the iteration and new product development of the company's products. Provide high-level technical support and solutions for customers, participate in the technical demonstration and exchange of major projects, and enhance the market recognition and brand influence of the company's products.
